WHAT:

The FRED Conference program brings together the charter school Financing and Real Estate Development community of practice for two purposes

• To help charter school staff navigate the complex world of facility development.
• To help all stakeholders develop a more robust facility ecosystem in cities, states, and regions.

This year’s conference will focus on facility solutions in the southeast. This is a regional FREDx conference.

WHO should attend:

•  School personnel involved in the facility development and management process ranging from executive directors, CFOs, business managers, and facility personnel.
• Advocates including state associations, education champions, foundations, policymakers.
• Charter school facility practitioners including real estate development experts and financing experts.
