In partnership with the Tennessee Charter School Center and the Nashville Charter Collaborative, we are excited to welcome the 2025 FRED Charter School Facility Conference to Nashville, TN!

WHEN: Thursday, November 13, from 10:00-4:00pm. Optional reception to follow at Barcelona Wine Bar from 4:30-6:00pm.

(schedule allows travel in and out on the same day to save attendee hotel costs)

WHAT: The FRED Conference program brings together the charter school Financing and Real Estate Development community of practice for two purposes:

  1. to help charter school staff navigate the complex world of facility development, and
  2. to help all stakeholders develop a more robust facility ecosystem (hyperlink to facility ecosystem blog) in cities, states, and regions.

This year’s conference will focus on facility solutions in the southeast. This is a regional FREDx conference.

WHO should attend:

  1. School personnel involved in the facility development and management process ranging from executive directors, CFOs, business managers, and facility personnel.
  2. Advocates including state associations, education champions, foundations, policymakers,
  3. Charter school facility practitioners including real estate development experts and financing experts
